Natasa is an active HR professional with experience of over two decades. She has worked in service sectors such as telecommunications, reinsurance, and banking services related to the management of non-performing portfolios.

Her extensive experience covers the fields of training & development, attracting & developing talents, organizational transformation, executive & team coaching, design & execution of HR strategies such as people development & design of leadership competencies frameworks, succession planning, performance management & talent reviews processes, employer branding, as well as overall HR management roles.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA with desertion in HRM (Nottingham Trend University, UK), accredited certification in coaching by the International Coaching Federation, and postDpl (level 7) in training & development of adults (TQUK). She believes that a healthy corporate culture leads to a great customer experience.
