John believes in the "beauty of learning", enjoys to continuously enrich and share his knowledge and experiences, and apply them to make an impact towards a meaningful purpose. During his 30+ year career in HR, he focuses on the “meaningful purpose” of creating working environments that enable and inspire people self-awareness, self-development and high performance thus creating a competitive advantage for the organization.

During his 30+ years career in multinational corporations (BP, HP, Eurobank, TITAN Cement), always having people at the core he has covered 11 roles, moving out of his "comfort zone", leaving "safe harbors", seeking fresh challenges and opportunities to develop.

Currently John is HR Head at Athens International Airport since Jan 2022 following his previous role from 2003 to 2021 as the Group HR Head and Executive Committee member at TITAN Cement Group.
