Theopoula Panou is a Senior HR Generalist with a focus on Solution Focused Coaching. Based on her tools, she seeks to contribute to the development of the coachee’s skills (whether it concerns staff or team skill sets).

She works as HR Manager in the industrial sector, dealing with the whole cycle of HR and having a special interest in Talent Management, Engagement, Retention & Business Coaching. An accredited Coach from the International Coaching Federation, she also holds an MSc in HRM from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Theopoula is happy to help young people during their own professional paths and offers mentoring in HR, working in the industrial sector, and career change.
