Dimitris is the founder of Business Pathways (2023) and Startup Pathways (2017). He is an international accredited Leadership Coach and Facilitator, HR Strategist, and Instructor for Personal and Professional Development.

He has trained and coach successfully more than 20.000 executives starting from 2012 up to now, in Greece, France, Belgium, The Balkans and Middle East.

His business acumen and training value origins from a 16 years corporate professional experience in Financial Sector as Credit Manager and then HR – Learning Manager together with his freelancing career as an ex-Krauthammer Training Partner in international projects and his important exposure in the startup / scaleup ecosystem since 2012 as a leading skills trainer and coach. He is a well-known Leadership coach and HR Strategist in the Greek ScaleUp scene since 2012 as well as Startup Pathways remains the first and only ScaleUp/Startup Leading Skills Training Company in Greece.
