She has managed a variety of teams over the years ranging from B2B sales representatives to B2C advisors, to retail Store Managers. Additionally, she has led and successfully completed training and workshops focused on Employee Engagement, Personal Development, Goals Monitoring, Performance Appraisals, and new employees Onboarding Programs.
