Senior Consultant, Business Pathways

Lia has been a Trainer and Sales Consultant with Business Pathways for the past 2 years. She has worked from 2012 to 2022 at Philip Morris International (PMI) as a Sales Manager, responsible for B2B & B2C sales teams.

Having studied Education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), her passion for learning has always been evident in the projects she has undertaken. After continuous rotation in roles and departments at Philip Morris International, she participated in Learning & Development projects, such as the organization and implementation of an integrated training plan (induction-onboarding-on the job) for new members of the national retail team.

She was won over by the scientific nature and originality of the training material and the tailor-made approach to each project at Business Pathways. Lia trains in Communications Skills, Sales, Pitching, Influence and Leadership programs.
