Working for and with people for more than two decades, Vassia cares to understand other people’s perspectives, feelings, and ways of thinking. Working with people brings her joy and she always makes an effort to offer them the support they need to begin or develop their personal development journey.

Development establishes the sense of having our own voice. This is the reason that led her to an HR career and later on to corporate coaching. What matters to her is to honor the choice to live by the values and beliefs that resonate deeply with who we are.

As an HR Professional, she holds an extensive background in HR management, progressive experience in Human Resources within reputable institutions, proven ability to work with senior management teams to integrate human resource function within the overall business operating strategy, expertise in Learning & Development, and ability to provide corporate coaching (ACCC/EMCC).
