Maria Kouneli is a Consultant at Business Pathways with over 10 years of experience in leadership, commercial strategy, and organizational execution across multinational and fast-growing environments, including Booking.com and linq.

With an Engineering background, she operates at the intersection of commercial growth and cross-functional leadership, aligning stakeholders and driving initiatives from strategy to implementation in performance-driven settings.

In a fast-growing scale-up, she designed and led the company’s Go-To-Market strategy and the rebranding of the organization, driving commercial and organizational alignment. She also led large-scale programs from design to implementation and managed key strategic accounts.

Earlier in her career, she served as President of a European youth NGO with presence in 50 cities, undertaking governance and strategic leadership responsibilities at the early age of 25.
