Our Training Methodology is divided into two main components: Interactive Learning and Reverse Learning.
Interactive Learning
In our Interactive Learning Sessions, we present short pieces of scientific theory for each module and then engage participants in brainstorming, role-plays, real-time built real-plays, and other interactive activities that allow them to apply the learned concepts and tools.
By actively engaging participants in the learning process, we ensure that they not only understand the content but also know how to apply it in their work to boost their performance.
Reverse Learning
Our Reverse Learning Methodology© is a unique approach that has been patented by our organization and can be applied upon request.
In this approach our trainers are there to enrich the training flow and provide guidance as needed, still the focus is on participants taking ownership of the learning process as "trainers for the day" throughout a resourceful guiding application that provides them with:
- a training flow
- examples
- videos
- exercises
- role plays to facilitate with other participants,
in order to become trainers for certain content sessions.
This approach not only reinforces the learning process (we accelerate learning by assigning participants to teach content and concepts to other participants) but also helps building confidence and leadership skills.
