I had the pleasure to meet Business Pathways and the excellent team of trainers and collaborators, as participant of a leadership training program.

The training far exceeded my initial expectations. Except for the new material on management issues that we covered in the training, I was impressed by the excellent presentation and methodology in absorbing even existing knowledge, through practical examples and the high-quality interaction with the trainers and the trainees.

All sessions of the training offered valuable knowledge but mainly practical and useful tools in my daily life as a manager.

The methodologies discussed in this leadership training certainly contributed to the dynamic evaluation of my company's personnel and the effective delegation of tasks within the team.

Among others, the sessions on Stress Management, Feedback Culture, and Performance Dialogue not only helped me and my team to manage the daily challenges better, but also contributed a lot to our personal improvement, self-evaluation, and self-motivation.
