We cooperated with Business Pathways to craft an integrated training program for workplace culture, team communication, and HR management.
During the two-day training (16h in total), we had the chance to get acquainted with techniques and methodologies that we could easily apply in our everyday work and improve our communication, feedback culture, task assignment procedure, and evaluation of the targeting process, building an overall relationship of trust within our teams.
After a long discussion about our company requirements, the team of Business Pathways set up a custom and tailor-made program, which could be applied to our own entrepreneurial needs, conditions, roles, and areas for development.
Furthermore, the preparation, adaptability, and contagiousness of the Trainer, in comparison with the scientific and thorough application techniques, helped us to continuously make good use of the learning outcomes, with repeatedly follow up-accountability sessions within the year, in order to update and redefine our targets.
At the end of the training, the team was feeling more connected to each other and we all gained added value for developing soft skills in team communication and team management on an organizational basis.
